Lick Fork Remembers Sister Buena Large

Sister Buena Large went home to be with our Lord on Thursday, June 26, 2008 at the age of 75.  She was a beloved member of Lick Fork Free Will Baptist Church.  She was born in West Virginia, the daughter of Charles Falke and Vesta Mullins Falke.  She was preceded in death by her parents and special aunt, Eula Gaye King.
She is survived by her husband, Thurman Large; son Michael Large and two daughters, Charlotte Large and Jamie Mooney and husband Dicky, all of Clintwood.  She is also survived by two brothers, Greg Mullins of Abingdon and Cecil Mullins of Atlanta, Ga; and one sister, Etta Nicewonder of Bristol
Funeral services were held at 7 p.m. Saturday evening Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Allen Viers officiating.  Graveside service and burial followed Sunday, June 29, 2008 at Temple Hill Memorial Park at 12:30 p.m. Family and friends served as pallbearers.
Mrs. Large will be greatly missed by her church family, friends and loved ones, yet we rejoice that she is now in the presence of our Lord.
